A signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit are required before your rental is considered secured.

The only rental items that include installation are:

• Tent's & Sidewalls
• Lighting (if installation is under our tent)
• Dancefloor
• Arbour 

All other items are the renters responsibility to install and tear down themselves upon delivery/pick-up windows. Information will be provided in your rental contract.

Installation & breakdown of our rental items not included in the above list can be arranged for an additional fee pending on availability.

All rentals come with a weekend/48 hour rental window period unless otherwise arranged with us at the time of reservation. Additional rental days will be charged an additional fee to be determined.

Delivery is not included in your rental price and is determined based on the location of your event. Our current delivery fee is $2/km.
